exterior light fuses? - 07 sentra

where are the exterior light fuses on an 07 sentra?
the box next to the steering wheel doesnt have them in it
the box closest to the headlights in the engine bay doesnt have them, and theres one more box infront of the 1st one in the engine bay that may have them but i cant seem to get it open, everytime i make progress it lifts the entire assembly out w/ the wires so that the fuses are still inside the 'box' and ive pulled the box out.
my driver side turn signal in the tail light is out and its not the bulb so im assuming maybe a blown fuse.

I believe that the BCM provides the power to your signal lights so it's probably not a fuse if just the back one is out. Did you actually change out the bulb with the working one from the passenger side? Is the driver side front signal working?
