Actually not draconian. Yep, while it's somewhat expected in NJ to extend the middle finger (+honk the horn and shout anatomically impossible expletive filled suggestions) at any driver in front if they do not instantly move the moment a light turns green, flipping the bird in a courtroom is a huge no-no.
