Express window up isn't working

I had to have the car jumped. I noticed the express windows going up doesn't work. This happened before, but it started working after awhile. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, is there a fix?

I believe the fix is...put windows down at same time while holding the button down...continue holding for 3-5sec after windows are down. Then put both up at the same time holding for 3-5 sec at the end.

They probably just need to be reset. In my experience It usually only needs to be done when the window switch is unplugged but maybe a jump or a super dead battery would do it too.

I just reset mine - on the 2011 M37 you run the window all the way down then run it all the way up and hold the button in the up position for 2 more seconds.
