My car had no powerband, so I swapped my tps and it is much better, but now i think it needs adjusted. I don't understand how to measure the .45-.55 volts? Do I measure it plugged in or what? also note I put on an auto tps with 2 plugs so which plug and where? Do I need to prick the wires?

If you have a scan tool the voltage should read about 0.3 to 0.7volts at closed throttle and about 4.0 at wide open throttle.

you can use a multimeter and test the signal wire while opening and closing the throttle as well
