Experienced comparison of struts.

Are tokico illuminas still the best blend of comfort and performance? I loved them in my maxima and am looking for somthing similar on the 240. Ill be keeping stock springs since im told that aftermarket springs will blow out struts .

Coilovers are out of the question, since im driving mainly on northern ohio roads.

I just picked up some KYB adjustables, I road in my friends sentra with them on and the ride was very comfortable and if you want to have some fun, just turn the dial and your done.

I havn't heard of springs blowning out struts is this true. I was looking at getting some tiens springs for them. please let me know before I make a mistake.
