experienced advice needed

here's the deal, i changed my transmission fluid a while ago, and it was a pain! does any one have an easy way to put the new fluid in the transmission??? and also i take my 240 to a racetrack often for time attack, so if anyone knows a good fluid to use, that would be great...

Royal Purple synthetic is tip top. I use it in my built transmission.
As for changing it, make friends at a local garage with a vacuum evacuation/refiller. An hour after close anda case of beer later and you'll have a friend who not only respects you, but clean fluid as well.

MT90, its the only choice. RP is a horrible track gear oil.

Remove shifter, pour fluid. Easy peasy.

This wouldn't work on an automatic though. At least not that I'm aware of. Also, how do you plan on getting the old fluid out?

I think he was talking about an easy way to fill the transmission.
Plus if you're going to replace fluid, it's obvious that you've got to drain the old fluid out.

they make little pumps for this sorta stuff.... unscrew the fill plug and pump it in... most pumps cost around $10 MAYBE $20
