What can be expected after an improper chain guide replacement. I'm seriously considering driving 300+ miles down to Jerry Tuckers, but if anything goes wrong then it would be a PIA to drive the miles again for any related warranty work. Is it safe to assume that once it's properly put back together and can survive a long trip home, then nothing related to that job should go wrong down the line?

Anything that can go wrong should happen very quickly... if the chains slipped, or if something didnt get sealed...

The ONLY thing I can tell is... in jesda's case the crank bolt was tight enough and it caused the bad oil pressure..... Pay him to double-triple check everything and youll be safe...

If you give Jerry carte blanche to do what is necessary to bring your Q45 back, I doubt there would be any warranty issues. Do be prepared to drop the oil pan.

Jerry is such a standup guy that I suspect he would come get your car if there was a problem.
