Sounds like a vacuum leak to me, probably an age-hardened vacuum hose that cracked or even broke off from its connector.
Do a vaccum test while the motor is running at idle in Park and report what vacuum reading you get.
Do not ignore this problem or put off diagnosing and repairing it. A vacuum leak will make your car run lean, even with 02 and knock sensors. That can create detonation, which can break rings, hole pistons, and batter bearings, expensive to repair.
I'd hate to see anotherwise good Q45 turned into a parts car because of indifference or procrastination.
