exhaust valve on y34 problem.

Hi,
i noticed my exhaust valve is not working. i try to tighten it and no luck.
any idea how can i fix it?
Its located on one of the pipes before going in to the muffler.

i had my body flooring it while i looked and valve didnt move, it used to before, i did the say test.
i did it in park of course.

Check the small unit in the trunk with a multimeter to make sure you have an RPM signal. If you have power and ground and the valve is mechanically free the actuator is probably the cause.
