Exhaust/transmission Question

Ok I'm planning to do a transmission swap on a S14 and then later on dump a SR in there. My question is will the Apexi N1 single catback exhaust bolt up at the same location with both engines? Also, if I buy a new clutch and flywheel for the KA transmission swap, will these be usable the S13 SR transmission? Thanks all!

exhaust - yes.clutch/flywheel - no.
