Hi all, I have a 2008 QX56, and I want to change my exhaust tip from sticking out the side to coming out the tail end. I also want to put a dual-tip on it. Any ideas? I would love to know what some of you have done to modding your exhaust. That said, anyone replaced their entire exhaust system? The idea of cost. Thanks in advance.

Since it's not a common vehicle to modify, I'd doubt if anyone has done that yet - but it sounds cool!

A couple thoughts: Since the Armada has a big hatch, the exhaust is likely routed to the side to keep soot from building up on the rear panels (and to keep fumes from sucking in around the hatch seal).

BUT, if I were doing it, I'd find a local muffler shop and ask them about fabricating something on the lift (that's the easiest way if there's not already an aftermarket exhaust). Might be cheaper than you think.
