I just got a custom made 3'' exhaust installed on my 97 240 a couple of days ago, it sounds and looks really nice but the only problem is that I got the oval shaped muffler and it tends to rub against my bumper when I get on the gas hard, so I was looking for something to maybe put between the muffler and the bumper. Any suggestions?......Anyone else having this problem?

id try rewelding your muffler to a different location where it doesnt rub.

are you N/A, and if you are why did you go 3 inch?
