just wondering what type of exhaust systems you guys and girls are using out there and how they are working for you, im trying to find one that has a nice mellow/deep tone and not a freaking 6 inch tip like all those cheap-o knock offs on ebay, looking into megan racing or something......let me know

I plan on going with mendrel bent piping with a magnaflow muffler welded on with the dual tips. It will look stock, and magnaflow is not loud until you really punch it.

yeah right.........my Magnaflow is pretty loud......nice and deep, but is by far not quiet with a 3" turbo back mandrel, and no cat.

megan drift spec. no doubt its good.im rollin with 3 inch apexi dual ni catback vintage shyt.

megan turbo elbow --> greddy 3in DP --> megan 3in test pipe --> invidia 3in N1 exhaust

i got a crackhead deal on the DP and the exhaust (70 for the DP 200 for the catback)

shakes my house at idle it is so deep, but is borderline obnoxious at WOT

On the MG I have a custom mandrel 3" turbo back with a magnaflow glass pack mid stream and a magnaflow turbo muffler in the back. It's decently quiet, and sounds good. On the 240 I have a apex-i gt, HUGE exhaust, and sounds incredible. Low, but not loud at all and no buzz.

ProjectSilvia 3" O2 housing for SR20DET, ProjectSilvia 3" downpipe for SR20DET, ProjectSilvia 3" test pipe, HKS HiPower turbo model cat back. Sounds killer and I get compliments all the time.

SSAC turbo outlet, Megan downpipe, Project Nissan test pipe, URAS Type-RS catback, too bad I only heard it run oncce, when it did it sounded nice though. I need money for my CA.

nismo weldina. i believe it was a factory option? i have only seen it on cars in the original brochure. the canister is massive, but it doesnt bother me. its very deep and very quiet. 70mm piping. im also running the stock ka24e 2" cat, which has been more or less gutted at this point.

alright thanks everybody! i think i might start piecing together some sort of exhaust within the next couple of weeks........i hate being poor....
