Exhaust Stuff

So I found that my Megan Exhaust on my 98 240 is junk. So far there have been 2 exhaust leaks, loosening of the exhaust, and the mounting bar that was welded on the downpipe that is supposed to connect to the subframe wasn't even on the right side. I made due with the old mount for it and it worked fine, but nothing is working right.

I went to a local welder (a very good one) and they said that it would cost me around $200 to get the stuff I need for it to work, done. I looked around online and saw that Spyder Headers were a little bit more and looked more like the OEM header that I took out my car.

Does anyone have any insight on the Spyder headers?
