The ARP part number in the FAQ refers to an M8 stud kit. I don't know about you JDM folk, but my Euro exhaust studs are M10s. Could someone take a look and confirm? Not sure if anyone ever bought an ARP kit, it's way too pricey for what it is, but still.

On another note, is there a proven stud+nut combination that doesn't rust together, neither nut+stud, nor stud+head?

Hmmm, I had both heads and I never noticed a difference, but I finally junked my ruined 8 port head, so I don't have both to compare them anymore. If anyone has both heads, it would be nice to confirm/deny this so that the FAQ can be updated.

If I remember correctly, it is M10 stud on the head / manifold, inside thread is M10 X 1.5, outside thread is M10 X 1.25
I have custom order some lock nut made from stainless steel, specially for turbo/manifold installation.
I don't know if you can see it clearly.

And everytime I remove the manifold, I sure will use this kind of Anti-Seize Compound on the thread,
This will prevent rust on the thread, and last for years.
The one in the photo is not the best, it will dried after hard run.
I have another brand of same grease which will last longer, but I can't find the picture on google.
