Exhaust smell

I got my muffler replaced a month or so ago and I don't know if there's a problem or now. After an hour or two of regular driving, when I get out of the car, there's a really strong burnt metal kinda smell. I don't know how to describe it other than that really. What could it be?

What kind of muffler is it, where did you get it, and who put it on.

Exactly my question.

All new exhaust systems have a funky smell for the first 500 miles or so, but it's not an "exhaust" smell....

Some flowmaster muffler, installed by "Exhaust Pro".

There was a leak but they fixed that.
