exhaust setup & CAI setup questions

Hey yall so im about to order some mufflers and an x pipe so I can weld up my exhaust. My question was what is your guys favorite sounding muffler ran on this setup? I have always loved borla, and dynomax. I have heard the dynomax sounds really good on the VH45DE in my car. I will be running factory headers until i can make some long tubes. Also whats peoples exspierence with an X-pipe vs. Y-pipe vs. True duals? I will be doing a cat delete or atleast punching them out. has anyonedone with with keeping the o2 sensor or does some make the o2 delete harness?

Also I want to run a Cold Air Intake, mainly for performace, looks, and sound but some if the threadsbi read stated that nissan has made some of the best air intake systems ever and a CAI is hard to beat that. But who like stock ya know!? Lol, so does anybody make one that can fit my MAF? I seen a pic of somebodys on here that was running a short ram that was carbon fiber with a shield on it, but now i cant find it again.
