Exhaust rattle

I've got a 1990 240SX with a redtop S13 swap and a GT2871R turbo. After installing a new MR exhaust manifold I've been having boost issues. Installed a new HKS actuator and a new Hallman Pro boost controller. After that I all of a sudden got a metallic rattle/buzz. It's near the rear of the engine, on the exhaust side. All bolts are tight so it shouldnt be an exhaust leak. Took a small telescoping mirror and no cracks are found on anything. I have no clue what it could be. Performance hasnt been affected so thats why I suspect nothing with the internals. I have just ran out of options and am ready to fix this minor issue and sell the car. I'm tired of the problems I've had with this car
