Exhaust Rattle?

Hi all,

I'm getting what sounds like an exhaust rattle when in Drive/Reverse and either stopped or moving very slowly with the brakes on....is this likely to be the heat shields as suggested for the steering rattle thread, or could it be something else?

(on a Pathfinder 2WD)

Heat shields are the most common source of rattle or squeaks, followed by broken or separated exhaust hangers.

+1 for heat shields. Our qx4's heat shields took a dump and started to rattle. I cut the damn thing off and its fine.
