exhaust questions

does anyone know what a flowmaster 40 series muffler would sound like on a 240. I already have 2.5" exhaust from the header back. Any suggestions for muffler choices for a not to ricey sound. My pacesetter system currently sounds really gay.

i was going to get a flowmaster 40 series but the shop told me to get a magna flow instead, cause they said teh 40 series would be to loud.

The only reason i got a domestic muffler is because it looks stock, i do however love the apexi look but dont want to hassle the the cops around here...
