Exhaust question

If I put on a good aftermarket Y pipe do I really need to replace the exhaust manifold with new header? Does it really make a difference?

the headers don't make much of a difference on the 3.0's...the y-pipe will be good enough. look into a mid-pipe also if you like...the mid-pipe is after the y-pipe

you really want headers only if you have a California Emissions car with the pre cats... get rid of them. It'll free up more HP than a Federal Emissions car.
