Hey guys! I know I don't post a lot on here, but I need your opinion. I currently have the Racingline y-pipe and TopSpeed Auto Cat-back exhaust on my car. In the beginning it was cool, really loud and throaty, but it never lined up correctly on the left side (driver's side) and it rubbed up against the bumper and melted it a little. I tried "fixing" it myself, but it didn't really help. I've been wanting to get something that looks a lot cleaner (tips on the exhaust have also started rusting), so i started looking at some other exhausts. I came across the Stillen exhaust, which looks pretty clean, and was wondering how it sounded with the Racingline y-pipe. Also, I was wondering if the exhaust tips line up like they're supposed to (to anyone with experience with the Stillen exhaust). I want something that is throaty, yet refined...if that makes sense. Any other suggestions? Thanks!!

A lot of coupe users here use stillens, they're actually a deep tone not really throaty but since you're using a y pipe it might make it abit throaty but its mainly on the deep side, mines straight piped. I actually didnt have such a great experience with them, my exhaust didnt really lineup properly so i had to cut some peices from my bumper from the bottom part where its not seen to make it not rub against the bumper or it makes squeaky sounds from the plastic and metal rubbing together. My driver side exhaust sticks out a bit more that was the only way to get it to even out otherwise it was a bit crooked. In the end of the day would i suggest getting it? yeah i still would because it sounds great and its cheap but to top it all off I would get the Greddy's over it anyday.

I have the stillen catback for the 2.5. It sounds great but it wasn't loud enough for me so I cut the resonators and added a straight pipe and it made it a lot louder and more aggressive, but in the high rpms it sounded like a fart can and the drone was a tad bit loud. I listen to music every time while I'm driving so I don't mind. When I broke in the exhaust, the weed wacker noise went away except on cold starts, but it disappeared after like 10 seconds of driving. It sounds really great now and aggressive, I get compliments on it all the time, and people think it's a 6 cylinder =]. I'd recommend it, but that was the only choice I had at the time. I would take a nismo or a greddy over it. But it's still a good exhaust. My 0.02
