I was looking around at different ways to make my Q have a little more tone. I was curious if deleting the two center resonators would make the car any louder? I know it sounds like a silly question, but I was curious if anyone has done this before.

I would start by deleting the center mufflers as you said and leaving the rear one in place. If that's not loud enough for you, then you can replace the rear muffler with something else.

In my opinion/experience, you want a muffler as close to the exhaust tips as you can. Things start to sound like a rattly can when you start having long lengths of pipe after the mufflers...

You're not going to get that muscular growl even by deleteing the them. Its more high pitched. But that also depend if you have punched cats or any other exhaust work. I did it on my other Q and regreted it

Thanks for the tips guys. I was going to put a universal muffler on the back for the sound I am looking to achieve. But the one I was looking at was only a single inlet with a single outlet and was concerned about merging the pipes together into one chamber.
