Looking for a top-mount or one that would place the turbo close to the front of the motor. SSac, JGS, boost_boy's hookup?

Info, details, reviews, more recommendations or suppliers, anything is appreciated.

Has anyone hear any feedback on the SSautochrome ca18det manifolds. I've seen pics, and it appears they've group the collectors (cyl) wrong. 1&2, and 3&4 are grouped, does this look wrong to anyone else?

Yeah someone here has one, i have one of dee's and when i get my piece fired up ill be glad to review it. Ive some other peoples custom top mount t3 jobs but havnt heard much of the performance quality. Are you planning on using this with a t3 flange because its not really worth it for a t25 because the downside is heat dissipation and bubbeling (sp) the paint on your hood.

I'm going to get some photos of the ones that are getting ready to go out this week. nab911's was one of the 1st to roll out and it is very functional as he will soon discover. It's just that sometimes these things take time since they are being created on an actual vehicle (my own pesonal 240 with CA) instead of a simulated jig. Prices have gone up since the last month, so the $500 deal is no more. The cost of steel has risen dramatically and the pipe costs have gone up nearly 80%, so go figure. Anyways, if interested, drop me an email and I'll discuss everything with you. Keep in mind that this a revolving transaction which means if not delivered in a timely manner, you are entitled to your money back as I am the keeper of your funds. They don't get paid until they've produced a better than acceptable product.

the biggest part of the reason is that we are doing the whole datsun 510 thing. a top mount is needed due to steering interference

Here's some pics of what the manifolds look like raw form. They should be completed by tonight and ready to go by noon. After listening to my complaints about turbo placement, my friend decided that I had a valid point that the CA leaned a little more towards the driver's side and that the head's valve sections were more in a V-shape, so it wouldn't be like an SR's manifold. The raw form was sweet; placing the turbo above the P/S pump between the engine and the p/s resevoir. It will be nice and well and worth the wait because the wait is no more.

This is my car (well one of my 240s) which is the jig used to make the manifolds. It also has all brand new mounts so that engine is positioned properly.

This will be the 1st of 3.

This is my own manifold that will be attached to this motor permanently.
