Exhaust Manifold

Can someone verify if the exhaust manifold from 02 - 06 Q45s/M45s are interchangeable?

i cant confirm,but am curious as to why? i may be needing a replacement due to a hole near that cat, or whatever that is. everyone i take it to says it cant be fix due to the limited amount of metal to work with. do the newer manifolds eliminate that cat looking portion?
