Exhaust Manifold Removal

I have a 1993 all stock S13 fastback that I have owned since 1993.

Does anyone have tips on removing the exhaust manifold? I have it unbolted from the head and have removed the three nuts that connect it to the pipe between the manifold and catalytic converter, but will not come off. Are there more than three nuts holding the manifold to this pipe? It has never been removed since I have owned the car so maybe it is just stuck.

if its just the headers with no heat shield (not sure where the heatshield attaches since i never had one) its should just be the 8 nuts connecting it to the head and the 3 to the down pipe. Has to be stuck.

dont forget the EGR tube. it goes from the exhaust manifold to the EGR vavle
