exhaust manifold gasket

i think i might have an ex mani. gasket leak and i need to know if i could use a ex gasket from like a ca18 pulsar motor or would a ka24de gasket be the same?

I can make you a reusable copper gasket using a waterjet and my custom autocad rendering of a stock RB gasket

Haven't done any yet actually since I've been so busy; but I could have one made up in a couple of days if there was a demand.

I actually might be interested. I'm having a hard time finding replacement gasket material. I know I can get it from Summit but I still doubt my ability to make a good one. Make a copper one, that'll definately stir some interest.

The reason I needed a new one was that I used that exhaust gasket material to make my own and it lasted maybe 500 miles, it couldn't take the turbo exhaust pressures.

I'll try to get one or two cutout this coming week and take pics...etc.

i really need a new gasket.. i got the individual ones.. 6pc... i rather have a strong copper gasket that is all one peice. ill pay for that. count me in. [email protected]
