Hi!

im looking for a really nice and good ca18det exhaust manifold, been searching the whole web for almost 2hours, cant find anything...

i do not want any china crap..

topmount or downmount doesent matter, it just needs to be a good manifold with outlet for external wastegate.

regards Patrick

idk in america there are racing shops, machine shops, and welding shops all of which fab parts like this.

6boost has some neato stuff . that wasnt in USD was it though? that sounds super expensive.

ps what side flange are you looking for? T3, T4, something else?

I used to live in Finland and I can only image how much it would cost to have something made anywhere in Scandinavia.

I can understand not wanting cheap crap, but you might want to check out the eBay feedback thread. People have good things to say about the CX Racing manifolds.

plus you can always reweld the welds before you put it on for extra insurance.

I have an old school HKS top mount manifold if you are interested. It is cast iron too, ready for an external wastegate. Not enough clearance on my AE86 so I won't be using it. Let me know if you are interested. [email protected]

i know people look at CXRacing as "ebay China Crap", but i'd recommend atleast trying them out. I have the tubular manifold and the welds are superb, its held up all year with 2 hour highway driving and random drifting. I'd certainly buy from them, and who knows, if it dont fit and you dont like the quality, they may refund your purchase.

That 6boost stuff looks really nice. You know, you could buy yourself a $450 MIG welder and make your own manifold for about another $50. Then you would have the satisfaction of having done it yourself, and you could make it in any style you wanted. Just a suggestion.

well i have the xspower/ssa manifold now, the collector is so bad. I bet even i could weld better than that, and ive never welded before:rotflmao ive done a few mods to it though but it cant be compared to quality manifolds from 6boost, lovefab, mazworx etc..

i just bought new vipec ecu for the car, so ill try the cheap alternative first and just make an outlet for 44mm tial wg on the manifold i have now..if i make 500whp+ ill be happy
