Hi everyone - I've got a 2012 Inf. M37X and last year I started to hear a rattling noise at a certain low RPM range (~750) coming from my exhaust line. Found what looks like a bracket near the front came loose, and my quick fix was just throwing a metal hose clamp over it and tightening it down. My leading theory is that a weld broke on it or something and my quick fix seemed to eliminate the noise except for when the car is pretty cold. I've attached a picture here of that fix and location of the "bracket". Didn't think much of it for a while until a couple days ago when the same thing happened on the driver's side of my car as well (at least Japanese engineering is consistent haha). I'm planning on just doing the same thing to that side but wanted to see if this has happened to anyone else, considering it happened to my car twice now, and if anyone knows better on what the "bracket" is or if there's a better more permanent fix. Thanks!

Those heat shields are all tack-welded on, and broken tacks are common. Nissan's recommended fix is exactly what you did, a stainless worm clamp. Check this out (not an M, but you get the idea, Nissan/Infiniti approves of the technique):
