Exhaust leak?

My SR will boost perfectly and at about 5000 rpm if I give it full gas it misses and mini-backfires and feels weak.... It has the stock Ka exhaust that leaks like a BEEATCH and I dont know if that could be the problem??//.,l;;' I have new iridium plugs in also. help please

I doubt it's the stock exhaust. I say most likely an ignition issue. Then you can always check for leaks too.

How would I fix an ignition problem.... do you think it could be a crank angle sensor situation>/?

Good thinking, check your timing and see if your cas is set right.

I would check ur plugs first, you can tell alot just by looking at your sparkplugs. Then go from there. Check your gaps and make sure the plugs arent fouled.

I know this may sound dumb as **** , but could you tell me the accurate way to set it? mine is set to where the bolt is to the very top of the slide...
