Exhaust Leak?

My 93 240 today started to rumble when I shifted around 2500 rpm and every time I took it over 3000 my dash or something would rattle real loud. Do I have an exhaust leak? I tried checking myself by telling my bro to rev the engine as i looked under the car, but I couldnt find anything.

could be the heat shield on the exhaust manifold.

I was thinking that, but i believe that was rattling all the time when my engine was cold. This rattle is crazy, and my exhaust noises sound a little odd.
