Exhaust help

My downpipe is rusted on my cat real bad and I can't get it off to save my life if I order this downpipe will it bolt onto my stock headers? http://www.frsport.com/Megan-R....html

I'm goin to just run a straight pipe from there to my exhaust and was wondering if there is a decent exhaust out there for around 200. On a low budget.

i would but think, if your having such a hard time getting ur down pipe off ur cat, do you think your header to down pipe bolts will be any easier?? get a a torch and get your bolts cherry red and they will come off, i would say to just get a aftermarket header with down pipe all one piece and a new cat or test pipe

I got an ebay stainless steel exhaust (3") for only 150$. i like it. It's not for the feint of heart though - the can is gigantic and you have to do some slight modifications to the stock rear mounting bracket to get it to fit right. But I love mine. Well actually I liked it so much I bought a second one for my 90 . A little loud but it came with a resonator and all the gaskets for only 150$. And it's proper mandrel bent suprisingly. The only thing I don't like is the tip really.
