exhaust help!

hey guys, i have a 98 3.3l and i am in need of exhaust. I was wondering what you all would think a good muffler would be. I want something deep and not ricey sounding. Also the cheaper the better and inspection worthy. Any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks alot

i have heard magnaflow is the way to go. you think id be safe with that?

Personally I am a fan of Magnaflow, but let's compare the two brands...

Another brand you may want to look at which hasn't been tried on an R50 is Hushpower. Hushpower is a branch of Flowmaster that makes Magnaflow-like muffler. Hushpower mufflers are straight flow-through mufflers, some of which are 100% stainless steel. They can be a bit pricey but I am sure you can find them online for pretty cheap.

Magnaflow for sure. In the last 3 weeks I've had both Flowmaster and Maglaflow mufflers on my Q and the Magnaflow easily beats out the Flowmaster. Construction quality on the Magnaflow is far superior. I was really disappointed with my Flowmaster 50 Series (5 chamber) but a few people have a 40 Series (4 chamber) and dig them.
