Hey people, the previous owner of my z thought it would be a brilliant idea to cut out the cats and straight pipe my car :tisk:

So I can live with the noise but my question is, if I have two random catalytic converters and weld them onto my exhaust will it pas smog in California for a day?

So no help so far, maybe I should be more specific. I don't need to pass visual. Just sound and Sniffer tests

Moved the topic to technical.

As for the answer what you need to do is just replace the cats with some high flow cats and you should be good. :bigthumb:
