Exhaust Heatshield question

I had the heat shield rattle problem before the recall was sent out to the owners. Went to the dealer and got it fixed. A week before the recall was sent out to owners. The rattle came back and so I went to the dealer and got it fixed, again. sigh...Now, the rattle sound has came back and I'm pretty pissed that this will be my 3rd time calling Nissan about this issue. I am wondering if I get the heat shield removed, would it cause any problems or should I just get it replaced again.

This is gonna be the 3rd time that this rattling has occurred within the past 2 1/2 months.
