Exhaust Gasket Bolts

Wondering if anyone else is having this problem with the exhaust gasket bolts popping out of the cat or test pipe where it connects to the exhaust system? The bolt on the drivers side of the pipe keeps popping out. I have to check it every couple of weeks to make sure that it's tight and especially when I autocross. That one bolt for some reason...just wondering if this is happening to anyone else?

Used to happen to me a lot. I got some lock washers from ACE Hardware for each side (bolt & nut). Fixed the problem! Just take the bolt out and bring it to the store (think it's like a m8 or m10 lock washer).
