So, I bought this brand new XS power exhaust for $165 off ebay. It is a 3", stainless, mandrel bent. It was a full turbo back exhaust with catback, test-pipe, downpipe, and dump pipe. It was for an SR20det S14. I figured it'd be close enough to work with and maybe have to modify the downpipe a little to get it to fit. It was definately worth the $$.

I got it all bolted up except for the downpipe and held the down pipe in place. The only thing I had to do to make that fit was weld the rb25 flange on where the sr flange was.

By the way this is using the top hat mounts. Just some useful info for those looking for a good, inexpensive downpipe, catback, or tubo back exhaust.

But it's not turbo-back, is it. You will still need to get a dump pipe that clears the steering column.

I been thinking, looks like the sr-down pipe will fit the stock rb dump-pipe. I have not try yet...Are the sr-down pipe and rb down pipe same bolt pattern?....let us know, so we don't have to pay over $200 bucks for a pipe....

The pipe is in the right place but the rb's flange is just a little bigger bolt pattern so they need to be swaped. The flange is also rotated a bit too.

The dump pipe is still the stock one. It does clear my steering shaft but just by a hair. I am putting a spacer on it for a little extra clearance.

I was planning on running a custom top mount adapter for my turbo upgrade. I was just gonna buy a SR downpipe and weld a flex pipe to the length I need it should bolt right up after that. But that is good to know for a lot of people that it does work with that downpipe. I always thought it looked similar.~ANDREW~

It sounds great. It is supprisingly quiet for a straight through design. The polish on it is awesome. All the hangers fit perfect. I am very pleased with the product.
