I thought i wanted a HKS hiper and i still do, but It turns out i can get hooked up w/ Greddy and Apex i, So what should i do? I was told i can get an N1 single for $380 shipped, and probably a little over $400 for a dual. How bout the greddy exhausts? which exhaust is proven to make the most power?

Tino, whats wrong with you? you are posting productive things tonight. so strange.......bbill, i have the HKS Hiper, and i would still get that if i was you. i could feel a significant difference, and it sounds amazing. but, if you are going to go w/ the Greddy or Apexi, i dont' really know. don't know much about greddy exhausts. i know the dual N1 is a great exhaust for our cars, and would probably be the one to go with. its worth the extra little bit of money probably.

I don't know... I can't resist anymore... fear leads to anger, anger leads to stress, stress leads to doobies, doobies lead to twinkies... wait what am i saying?

(said slowly, and from a large, ignorant father......) tino tino tino, now son i thought we already discussed these "doobies" you refer to. now aren't those bad for you? if they are, then they are probably fun. BUT THAT IS NO EXCUSE. if you are going to smoke these "doobies" then please keep it out of the way of something else. it deserves to have its own special time.

I have suspension technique swaybars, I heard that their are clearance problems with the N1 dual and my swaybars. Can one clarify this for me?

Greddy or Apexi are not that loud. My friend has it on Nissan Maxima and when he drives by I barely can here the deep sound. HKS has really good deep sound and loud. It sounds really good. If I were you I would go w/ HKS Hiper. Greddy is nice too, but I like loud ones. :ylsuper

The hiper is a lot deeper. More of a bassy note. The N1 sounds a bit too obnoxious in my opinion. It doesn't sound ricey in the least bit, but it isn't as smooth or clean as the hiper. With that exhaust, it sounds like you have a higher displacement engine. The hiper is ultra smooth and low. Best exhaust I've ever heard. Yeah, I'm biased. I have it. And I love it.

if you don't find what you are looking for consider the GPsports spec D exhaust. i just bought one for $419 shipped from enjuku. ken just got a shipment in and the overstock must be cleared out. pretty good deal if you ask me.

After doing research, listening to sound clips of the different exhaust systems and taking a look at pictures of the different 240sx's with theirs set-up, I decided to go with the Apexi N1 Single for my Hatch. Definetly a killer look to a killer old school car :) RB Power all the way baby!

(4 months and counting for the swap!)

update:

Hmmm since I no longer have a hatch and am going S14, looks like I might change to a hiper i like how they look on the S14's and they sound really good.
