Will a dual exhaust system cause me to loose back pressure- Will it make the Q run sluggish?

Uhhh...that would be a negative. Your pre-cats and secondary cats will ensure you keep plenty of pressure.

Now as for me...I have no CAT's and I am running custom headers with 2.5" mandrell bent x-pipe that is a very nice setup with 2 resonators and 1 magnaflow muffler at the rear. I don't have any HP loss from a totally free flowing system.

well i took off the resonators and replaced them with flow masters then i ran 2 pipes out of the back. I am planning to put a stillen single exhaust on the car to see if it helps out with the sluggishness.

Uhhhhh......you need to read the previous posts.

Very little restriction in stock dual exhaust sytem, so no signficant gain available by changing it.

Hope everything else on the car is OEM as new conditon and you are just playing.

Then modify at will!

I will be happy with full power, long sytem life, and a nice sound when run it to redline.

Cost to me: $0.0

Benefit to the car; more money for preventative maintenance.

Loud does not mean fast.

If anything an exhaust system will reduce weight... Factory system IS restrictive (somewhat) and IS heavy... Main thing to change is the rear muffler... Sounds better, reduces weight, and does have some positive HP increase. If your staying N/A, then no reason to change anything before the rear muffler...
