I have an 08 G35 Sedan. I am looking to upgrade exhaust, intake and a few other things here and there. I've found great information about the intakes and will probably be going with the RC2. However I didnt see a lot about exhaust systems.

In a couple of quick searches i've seen stillen, greddy, and borla. If you are running one of these systems (or another), what were your gains, how is the sound, how was the install, what did you pay (if you dont mind), and overall what do you think of your system. Thanks!

IF you can find the NISMO system for the G, it's well worth the extra money. Had it on my G and loved it.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the Greddy (sound or appearance), but the Stillen and Borla are both nice (in that order of preference).

For the sedan, choices are more limited...

Greddy is one of the best. http://www.advancespeedshop.com/greddy- ... 11855.html

HKS is also pretty sweet: http://www.advancespeedshop.com/dual-hi ... -7429.html

I have the Stillen and love it. Install was simple, maybe two hours; the sound is suttle at cruising and of course opens up at full throttle. I do get some "drone" in the cabin at morning start-ups and lower mph cruising which is a bit annoying; but to each his own. I got mine direct from Stillen just under $1,000. I have a K&N Typhoon intake, but now see maybe should have gone with Stillen as well.

Hope this helps and good luck.

Unfortunately NISMO didn't make an exhaust for the 2nd Gen G.

My personal favorite of the exhausts for the G is ARK. Recently heard one installed on my dealerships Diamond Edition G37 sedan it the sound was music to my ears. I have also heard the stillen & Invidia in person.
