Welcome aboard!

You'll get lots of opinions, but from what I've seen the Stillen catback is one of the better performing (and sounding) systems on the market.

Intake? I'd recommend just a Z-tube, cheap from any of our OEM parts supplier sponsors.

The Crawford and Stillen headers seem to be preferred for power and longevity... Avoid cheap ones, as they'll crack, and a header swap on a G is a BIG job.

I can tell you from experience that a header swap isn't really worth the time, effort, and cost. I did one on a late-model firebird, and it was a weekend that I'll never get back...2 guys 14 hours, 2 days....on a lift! And in the end, the performace gain wasn't worth it.

just my .02
