I've heard nothing but good things about the Exedy Stg 2. I know for sure it will beat that SPEC stage 3, i had one myself. blah

I drive with an Exedy stage 1 clutch, and absolutely love it. For having a grippier friction surface, it's surprisingly smooth (except for when I let other people drive the car. They tend to not compensate for the extra grip and stall the car out.) I can only guess that the stage 2 would deliver a similar happy medium.

i just switched from a spec stage 3 to an exedy stage 2. i love it. the spec was an alright clutch, but i think the exedy blows it away.

it has a very good feel for a puck type clutch, almost organic in how well you can slip it. but when you dump it, it grabs like a puck clutch should.
