hey guys..i just put new d21 clutch kit in the ka24de in my 240sx, (91)

the thing is, first time i put it in, it chattered so i had to take it apart and put a new t.o bearing in..now that i ripped it apart and put a new t.o bearing in, it does it again!

i dont know what the problem could be..

it only makes the sound when you depress the clutch pedal.

anyone know what it could be??.. my slave seemed fine.

check for clutch pedal freeplay?

since you ruled out that the slave isn't leaking... aSSuming that master isn't leaking as well

clutch has maybe less than .3" of play, but it was like that before as well.i just cant get my hands on what it could be..

the clutch smoked like crazy the first startup and after it stopped smoking, it held idle.when it was smoking, it wouldnt hold idle for crap and would just die out..

now it holds idle, it chatters when im on the pedal.

i'm about to go for a drive.. see how bad it is.. i'll report back.
