Please go the site and read it: http://www.freerepublic.com/fo...posts. The site and write-up shows why hate-sites like DailyKos should be treated with the disdain that they deserve ... excellent rebuttal article!

Quote »The problem is that the drive-by media has accepted all of what DailyKos has written as gospel (the only kind that it recognizes). Because of that, it's up to the rest of us to refute these fifty-one (ugh) lines of attack, since most members of the media won't even bother to take the time to educate themselves enough to correct the Democratic Party talking points.
An even better point that impresses me more - I had not recognized it at all: Quote »What have I learned from this? That it takes very little time to make up lies, but a lot of time to effectively refute them. I've spent just about as much time in the bowels of DailyKos as I can stand right now.
Z

for the sake of open and honest discussion Z it might be worth mentioning that freerepublic is just as much a 'hate site' (I would call them opinions but whatever) as the KOS just with a POV that you like.

I do not know the site per se, so I will take your point at face value.

But, if you go look at the link I posted, it has nothing to do with hating - in that link anyway. Just read the point-by-point rebuttals with an objective mind is all I ask.

I see it no different as the lengthy missive we read (it's been a while) where the source (factcheck?) refuted or confirmed a whole laundry list of criticisms and claims about Senator Obama.

If a publication has an obvious and visible slant to it, you can bet it's not really worth filling your brain with.

Hit up the MSM (as bad as it is), and then hit up factcheck or other unbiased sources to make sure you're getting the full story.

Sites like freerepublic and dailykos thrive on muckraking and people who are taken in by their irresponsible, drive-by faux "journalism".

I looked at the article and it's not from that freerepublic site. It's a copy of an article on another site:
