Has any one ever put a glass pack or glass packs on a 95 D21 with a 5 sdp and v6. would it sound good?
I would also like to make it in to duals would that be hard?

rednecks are fine folks as I am one(born and raised in alabama all my life and drive mostly trucks) but nothing is nastier than a small motor with loud rice sounding pipes. You can get a good sound with a muffler and a good resonator to beef up the sound but that requires some experimenting, if you put on free flow muffler then can try some different size and shape resonators you may get a decent sound but you must have access to resonators to test it. it is not easy making a 4 or 6 cyl sound good, at least in my opinion.

I know it's not . There is a reason why I would like to this. I got this truck from my grandmother after my grandfather passed away. Even being a V6. I'm trying to figure out how to recreate the sound of a 1972 International pick up he had. Granted it might never be able to be done on A V6 but I would at least like to try. You could here that old truck from at least a 1/2 mile away , To bad he blew the transmission and motor

Take it to a exhaust shop and tell them the sound you looking to get. They should have no problem hooking you up with what your looking for.

I use one of these on a 89 2.4 and sounds pretty good, what ever you decide I would suggest it exit at least 3 to 4 inches past the bed to reduce drone, you will be happy you did.

I had a '95 4 cyl that the previous owner had put a flowmaster 40 series on. He cut the resonator off and mounted it where the flex pipe should've went and it dumped directly out of the muffler, which was right at the split of bed/cab. OH. MY. GOD. That thing was loud. Going down a hill and letting off the gas- it backfired and rumbled all the way down. The drone inside the cab at cruising speed was horrible.
