When I get to my car in the morning and its cold, ill push on the gas, and i hear a slite ticking sound but as soon as it gets to temp its stops, Is this an exaust leak and as my car warms up it expands and closes the gap. Or is it something else i need to worry about?what can i do to fix it?

What year is your car? This is quite common on 89-94 Maximas. The VG30E had issues with the exhaust manifold studs. If you want, you can get them replaced. Mine's been that way for at least 100,000 miles and I've just let it be without any negative side effects. Still passes emissions with flying colors. If that is your problem then yes, you're correct: the ticking stops because the engine heats up and seals properly.
