Exactly Which S14 Suspension components can i use in my S13?

So, I am buying an S14 shell and was wondering exactly which suspension parts off of the S14 can I swap over to my S13.

I know the front LCA's spindles and struts can be bolted right in and are slightly longer(wider track) than the s13's.

How about the rear struts? and spindles? can those be used as well? It'd be nice to know, So I can just put the s14 on my S13 and call it good.

Suffice to say that most pieces can be swapped. All of the important parts (spidles with hubs and bearing, shafts, rear diff) can be swapped.
