exactly what drive shaft? whowhat?

hey dudes.

so im new the nissan game and have been researching my brains out ever since i picked up this 1995 240sx se last weekend.

the car is an automatic se, with ABS and a VLSD stock.

i am gathering parts for a 5spd conversion and had a couple questions that i cant seem to find the answers to in the writeups on 240sxtech.org and throughout searching this forum.

since my car is 95 it is obd1, ok.now this would mean i can use any transmission from 89-95 and not worry about the CAS? i am about to buy a 92 trans and just wanted to make sure it would work.

second questions. do i need to find a 95-99 abs/lsd 5spd driveshaft or can i reuse my auto one? basically thats all i cant seem to figure out. thanks dudes and sorry for being that noob.

ok so i figured out i can use any ka trans....

now onto the driveshaft.

youll need an s14 driveshaft because it's different than a s13 one. youre better off just getting a one piece made from a local machine shop. it will be worth it.
