ex35 rear door windows dont go all the way down

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Though I haven't observed my rear wiper that closely, mine seems to operate normally. I'm not exactly sure what you mean there  ; maybe yours is incorrectly assembled?

The rear door windows don't go down all the way because of how the door is designed. The wheel well cuts into a lot of the space of the door. Additionally, the rear windows are somewhat wide. Physically there is no space for the rear window to entirely fit within the metal portion of the door. If the windows weren't nearly as wide, or if the doors were significantly wider towards the bottom, then the window might be able to roll down fully into the door.

There is no "realistic" way to fix this. To do so would entail some silly or incredibly expensive ideas.

Also, I forgot to add that since the EX is a crossover/SUV, it would likely have a higher roof/ceiling. This usually results in taller windows as well, and adds to the issue further.
