EX35 Phonebook Question

I've just noticed that if I try to make a phone call while the car is moving, by dialing from the phonebook, it will only let me scroll to the second page of the phonebook -- through the 12th saved number. If I use voice recognition, it will dial numbers that are saved after 12, but in no event can I make the phonebook show them. It would be one thing if it wouldn't let me scroll at all while moving, but it's so odd that it will let me scroll to the 2nd screen, but not any further.

When NOT moving, I can scroll as far as I want.

Is this a malfunction?

I think that's something that Infiniti limited internallly.

I have that same issue too. I've asked Infiniti and basically just it's for safety. Why have 40 slots for phone numbers and not make them all available, defeats the purpose!!

What I did was just input the 12 most called numbers in there. For the others, I just call from the phone and use the bluetooth.
